What a beautiful, sunny, warm month February has been in Venice Florida!  The month winds down with our ever popular Italian Fest.  Great crowds came to take advantage of the good food and good times.  Those that were in the mood for some R&R took full advantage of the perfect beach days.

The real estate market is on fire with the snowbirds and investors scooping up the bargains and taking advantage of the low interest rates.  An interesting note for those of you looking for foreclosures, the Venice foreclosure sales from 12/1/10 - present average selling around 109% of list price in the first 20 days, so be prepared to pay up if you find that perfect home.

Rental demand is also quite good for both vacation rentals and annuals.  We are incorporating annual rentals into our program now and are having great success with it.  If you have a home you are thinking of renting, give Diana a call, we are already pretty booked up for next season and can use more homes in our program.
