Hello again,

while much of the country has had their fair share of bad weather, we have enjoyed the most delightful spring ever.  Low humidity and bright sunny days have been our story for the longest time now.  It's been a while since my last market update, so for those of you watching the numbers here they are:

97 Single Family Homes For Sale on The Island.  Prices range from $169,000 for a handyman special to $2,900,000 for a beachfront home.  You can also pick up a beachfront  home for $2,750,000.  A Fantastic Gulf View Home built in 2005 is available for just $1,650,000, it has all of the bells and whistles!

There are currently 170 condos for sale on the Island.  Prices range from $89,900 to $1,695,000 for Gulf front.  Gulf view condos are $210,000 and up, and Gulf front from $285,000 and up.

As of this post, there are 14 Single Family Homes under contract, priced from $279,900 to $2,975,000.

There are 8 Condos under contract priced from $78,000 to $839,000.

25 Condos have sold since 3/1/08 and 19 Single Family Homes.  We continue to experience a nice buyer's market and many are scooping up the deals.  If you ever wanted beachfront property but thought it was out of your reach, it may warrant a 2nd look!
