This is my 1st attempt at Blogging, I will start with an update of properties for sale on The Island of Venice.  If you have any questions or areas you would like more information on, please do not hesitate to call or email me.

As of this post there are 249 Condos For Sale, priced from $118,900 for a 1/1 short walk from downtown or the beach.  If you are looking for 2 bedrooms, you can get a unit in a complex with a pool and only 8/10's of a mile from the beach access from $119,900.  A 1/1 across the street from the beach with a partial gulf view is going for $195,900.  Gulf Front condos are priced from $399,900 1st floor, furnished unit.

Island Homes For Sale, there are currently 112 on the market.  You can purchase a 3/2 priced from 239,000 on the Island east of 41 Business.  Properties with Deeded Beach Easements are starting at $299,000.  A West of Harbor Location with Beach Easement starts at $408,000.  If beach front is what you are looking for then you can expect to start out around $1,999,999.There is a Bayfront Estate Style home listed at 3,000,000. 

The prices are great right now for someone looking to buy and use themselves.  We are starting to get the next wave of baby boomers that are planning a year or two in advance for retirement.
